B.Eng; M.Eng; PhD Eng Niek is the founder of Indutech, currently the CEO and is also a Professor at the department of Industrial Engineering at Stellenbosch University. Niek started his career in agricultural engineering at the division of agricultural engineering in 1978, He joined the University in 1981 and worked as a consultant in the agricultural and mining industries untill 1998. He founded Indutech in 1999, and has been CEO since then. Niek is a keen 4x4 enthusiast and enjoys the bush and desert in equal proportions. |

| Louis Louw Manager: Research & Business Engineering Services (BES)

Louis has a BEng and PhD degree in industrial engineering from Stellenbosch University. He has worked at Indutech for almost ten years and currently holds the position of Manager: Research & Business Engineering Services (BES). Louis is responsible for local and international research activities, as well as the management of our business engineering services department that deals with the various consulting and software implementation projects at clients. He is also a programme manager for various client projects and has extensive experience executing projects in the government as well as industrial sectors in the fields of innovation management, knowledge management, roadmapping and business process reengineering. | |
